Workplace, a place that should enable you to be productive, inspired, motivated, engaged, and well. No matter the type of work, you spend most of your day at your workplace. Your workplace experience is defined by not only the work itself but also the workplace design.
A great workplace design should be done with the intention to promote employee wellbeing, maximize operational efficiency as well as communicate the organization’s story and values. The culture and vibe of a team is a product of its purpose, people, and place.
